OnlineTheme: Quiet the noise
The world moves fast and demands more than we can hold. This session invites you to soften the mental noise and release sensory overwhelm through gentle creative exploration.
You’ll be guided through prompts to write, draw, or move in ways that help you slow down, listen inward, and let your thoughts unfurl at their own pace.

What to Expect
Each 90-minute online session is an easy, spacious gathering with guided creative prompts. You can choose your medium — writing, drawing, or gentle movement — and take part however you like.
- Arrive & land – A grounding welcome with katie & kao.
- Creative exploration – Prompts inspired by one of the seven types of rest.
- Optional sharing – Space to show or speak, or simply hear from others.
- Reflection & close – A few moments to gather yourself before you go.
You can keep your camera on or off. Participation is always optional.

Throughout all three sessions, creative rest is our way in — not about producing or performing, but about making space for imagination, curiosity, and play.
We write, draw, and move not to impress, but to remember ourselves.

Do I need experience?
No. You just need curiousity and openness.
What do I need?
A notebook, sketchbook or clear patch of floor; a warm drink; and somewhere comfortable — bed, sofa, carpet or cushion.
I’ve never done something like this before…
Perfect. There’s no wrong way to join. You can take part quietly or actively — both are welcome.

OnlineTheme: Softening back into yourself
This one’s for anyone who’s been running on empty. We’ll explore physical rest as something more than sleep — as the art of tuning in, softening, stretching, or stilling in your own way.
Through drawing, writing or slow movement, you’ll find small ways to listen to your body’s cues and meet them with gentleness.
