The Third Place is a 4-week mental wellbeing programme for young people.

The Third Place | 4-week mental wellbeing programme for young people (ages 18–30) from ethnic minority backgrounds.
Come to The Third Place by Mind Axis and receive a £25 Treatwell voucher! This 4-week mindfulness and mental wellbeing programme was created by and for young people from ethnic minority backgrounds. Across four sessions, you'll connect with others, build mental health skills, and grow in a supportive community. The programme provides you with in-person group support sessions and free access to a cognitive behaviourial therapy (CBT) and mindfulness course (Headspace). You will experience creating art, walks in the park, storytelling, "quests", and support from facilitators and participants. Click here for a more detailed info pamphlet!

17 August 2-5 pmOnce you sign up, we will invite you to have a telephone screening call (up to 15 mins) to discuss interest, eligibility and availability in more detail. You will then fill out a form with questionnaires that will help us understand your mental wellbeing journey so far. After this, we will be ready to go!

Eligibility:- Ages 18-30
- Is from an ethnic minority background
- Is comfortable using a laptop or smartphone & access to a personal laptop or smartphone
- Has good English speaking and reading skills
- Is available all 4 weeks of the programme (see below)
- Has mild - moderate mental health concerns
All materials will be provided, and no experience is required.
