What we’re about
A monthly online meet-up to discuss a book of African literature we pre-selected.
We will mix classics and contemporary works. From Chinua Achebe to Scholastique Mukasonga, or from Ngugi Wa Thiong'o to Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. I have a whole list, but suggestions are welcome.
We will prioritise English-language literature, but if there is any appetite, we could also read some books in French.
All books are available on kindle or audible for those of us who can't easily access a bookstore.
