一期一会とは、一生に一度しかない出逢いのことです。
このグループは、そんな一生に一度の人との出逢いを大切にしながら、
日々の疲れやストレスを癒すことを目的としています。
都内の街をゆっくり歩きながら新たな発見をしたり、
出逢った人と対話を楽しんだり、
心地よい時間を一緒に共有しませんか？
今後は、参加者の皆さんの声を聞きながら、
散歩以外のさまざまなアクティビティも企画していけたらと思っています。
「やってみたいこと」があれば、ぜひ気軽に提案してください。

Ichigo Ichie (一期一会) is a Japanese phrase that means “a once-in-a-lifetime encounter.”
This group is about cherishing those special encounters with people we may meet only once,
while also taking time to relax and release daily stress.
We take gentle walks around Tokyo, discover new sides of the city,
have meaningful conversations with people we meet along the way,
and share a pleasant, unhurried time together.
As the group grows, we hope to organize various activities beyond walking,
based on members’ interests.
If you have something you’d like to try, we warmly welcome your ideas!
