Set an intention for how you would like to heal - In body, mind & or spirit.
-SET INTENTIONS TO OFFER AND OR RECEIVE
Intend that the SPACE IS SACRED and that the healing that is offered & received is in the HIGHEST GOOD of you & all those receiving.
**-OFFER/RECEIVE HEALING -**Relax into the healing that is needed most.
-CLOSING MEDITATION & GRATITUDE- Supports us in integrating the healing received on an even deeper level.
