In this commercial real estate group we'll be learning AND doing.

We all know that real estate investing isn’t one-size-fits-all, so during each one of our meetups (a hybrid of online and in person meetings), this is what you can expect:

  1. Get Clarity – Do you want to build cash flow now or build wealth for later? Do you want to be an Active (hands on) or Passive (hands off) Investor? You will learn to define your real estate investing path with confidence and know when you have found a great deal!
  2. Get Funded – Learn how to raise private capital per SEC regulations, qualify for lending, or creatively structure a deal (low money down options).
  3. Get Growing - Partner up, improve your marketing, and discover how to build your portfolio your way!
