Women Who Walk & Talk: Cliffrose Trail

I am thrilled to bring Women Who Walk and Talk to the Verde Valley! I started this movement in 2019 and we have been spreading across the country with a combined membership of over 1000 women and growing!!!
This IS NOT A HIKING GROUP, it is a WALK & TALK.
Please read the intention of the Group:)

We will gather in the parking lot of the Cliffrose Trail, in Cottonwood.
I will welcome you, go over the "covenants" of Women Who Walk & Talk" then you will be paired up with another women, conscious conversation starters will be provided. Off you go 30 mins out 30 mins back! ( walking at a pace you can talk comfortably)

We gather back at our starting point, take a group photo.... marvel at what fun we had:) Then you are on your way ... with a smile in your heart!
Most women come alone, or walk with a women they do not know, that is both the fun and the freedom to be YOU! This is a practice of holding space for one another - the mutual gifting of respect & presence.
These events are small ways we can change the world. Be a Women Who Walks and Talks!
This is a free event, if you feel blessed by this experience, a donation between $3-$5 is appreciated to offset costs of meetup.
