Sacramento Filipino Fiesta

This is a large and very fun outdoor fiesta. Although the festival starts at 10 AM, we will be meeting at 2 so people from the lunch event at Rosa Madera can join us. The festival closes at 5 PM. Please see the attached picture that shows the shelter where we will be meeting. It is located near the parking lot and should be easy to find.
