What we’re about

We are not a professional athletic club and we like to put the fun in the exercise and bring the joy of exercise to our wonderful members as well as our new beginners.


We specialize in bringing the unfit people into shape and make them really motivated and keep them inspired & happy in the process.


We have additional social activities such as swimming, dancing and others that our group members tend to take as well.


We were named as the running group number 1 in Dublin in the Outsider magazine in the article below for the 6 of the best running groups for beginners in Dublin.

Any run that you participate in you do so at your own risk.


It is up to the individual to assess their ability to participate in the run. We advise that participants dress suitably; wear proper running shoes and gear, and in poor light we recommend the use of high viz Clothing.
