If you are wanting to learn how to cultivate a sense of calm and connectedness in a fast paced and distracted city, then these meditation sessions are for you. Come for a mindful and heart centred meditation practice together in the beauty of The Gallery in Queens Park, New Westminster. Through mindfulness practices we will unearth and ignite the inner wisdom contained in each of us so that we may align with life and our greatest potential.

Everyone welcome, new and seasoned practitioners alike.
