Welcome to my Energy Work Meetup group!

Everything is energy! And if you believe in Wifi, then you can believe in the power of energy work!

The ancient tradition of qigong is the grandfather of energy work. Energy often gets stagnant in the body and there are many ways of moving the energy to restore flow and balance. Energy stagnation can be due to various things such as stress, poor diet, inactive lifestyle, etc.

Of course, practising energy work is not a replacement for a healthy diet or medical intervention. If you have any medical conditions of concern, please see your family physician.

The format of the call is that participants raise their hand to get a mini session. All the videos are hidden/muted except for mine. You can also raise your hand to ask questions about the process or discuss anything regarding energy work.
I mostly work in silence, but I do check in with the caller from time to time. Mini sessions can take from 5 to 15 minutes.

But here's the awesome part! Everyone listening in on the call who I'm not interacting with also receives the energy healing. It works for everyone! So if you're unsure about the process but curious, listen in, and see how you feel before and after the call.

Remember, you heal you! You are a sovereign being and nobody else can heal your body/mind/spirit but yourself. I don't do anything to you or your energy, it is simply an invitation where you allow me to guide your energy to restore its innate balance. It's that simple.

I combine a few different techniques to help guide the system into balance so you can feel clearer and more grounded. My sincere intention is that you leave feeling lighter!

I am a reiki master, bodytalk practitioner, EFT practitioner, trained in QHHT, pendulum work and peacemaking. The peacemaking uses the power of words to make deep peace around the issue at hand. On the call, I use a combination of these methods.
