Our practice group is rooted in the core teachings of Mahayana Buddhism, emphasizing the simultaneous cultivation of compassion and wisdom. Whether through the study of scriptures or through actual practice to purify the mind, we promote the concept of "benefiting all sentient beings" and encourage every student to cultivate the Bodhicitta, practice the Bodhisattva path, and dedicate the wisdom and compassion of the Dharma to all sentient beings.

- Cultivating a more refined practice of lower-dantian breathing by extending breath duration, enhancing mental clarity and focus.
Class 4 on 7 June 2025 : Practicing with Deep Focus: Let the Thoughts Come and Go on Their Own
- Techniques for maintaining concentration by observing thoughts without attachment, allowing the mind to remain undisturbed.
Class 5 on 14 June 2025 : Engaging in Deep, Sustained Practice: Sink the Breath into the Lower-Dantian, Quiet the Mind
- Aiming for deeper immersion in the practice, focusing on sinking the breath into the lower-dantian to quiet the mind and develop sustained concentration.
