Peruvian and Japanese fusion restaurant on Federal Hill with chef Michael Cordero, who worked at El Ninja, helming the kitchen. It serves Peruvian style stir-frys, Latin-fusion sushi and more. The chef is is half Peruvian and half Dominican and is putting his own spin on his cultures’ cuisines.
