Shadow Work and Parts Work Enthusiast meetup

This is a get together of people who are already doing shadow work and parts work on a pretty regular basis. In other words, you’re passionate about the healing and expansion it creates within you.

If you haven’t done Shadow Work nor Parts Work but interested to join. I do ask you to read the book “Completion Process” and /or “No Bad Parts” before coming to this meeting because I will not be going over what it is. You are welcome to join the discussion provided you have done your own work. This is not an Intro to Shadow Work / Parts Work meetup.
