About us
This group is for people affected by brain injury, including stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), concussion, and other neurological conditions, as well as caregivers and loved ones.
The goal is to create a supportive community where people can connect, share experiences, and learn practical coping strategies for life after brain injury.
In this group we may discuss:
• Recovery challenges after stroke or brain injury
• Daily coping tools and brain wellness strategies
• Caregiver support and shared experiences
• Encouragement and connection with others who understand
This is a peer support and education group, not therapy.
Attending this group does not create a therapist-client relationship.

Stroke & Brain Injury Support Circle (Survivors + Caregivers)

Living with stroke, TBI, or other neurological injuries can feel isolating. This online support circle provides a safe and welcoming space to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and connect with others who truly understand the challenges of recovery.
Participants are welcome to listen, share, ask questions, or simply be part of a supportive community. Caregivers and family members are also encouraged to attend.
Meetings focus on peer support, education, and practical tools for navigating life after brain injury.

This group is a support and education space and is not individual or group therapy. Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
