What we’re about
This group is for individuals navigating the challenges of brain injury, neurodivergence, and trauma. Neurodivergence is a broad term that describes the way some people’s brains work differently — for example, ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or other unique ways of thinking and experiencing the world.
Our group focuses on using therapy tools, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support members on their paths to healing and growth. By creating a safe and welcoming community, we aim to empower each other in our personal development journeys.
Whether you’re looking for a listening ear, new coping strategies, or simply a place to connect with others who “get it,” this group is here for you. Join us in this supportive and compassionate space as we walk this journey together.
⚖️ Disclaimer: This group is for educational and supportive discussion only. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical advice, and participation does not create a therapist-client relationship. If you are in crisis, please call 911, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or (in Colorado) call 844-493-8255 or text TALK to 38255 to connect with Colorado Crisis Services.
