This group is about understanding grief in a way that makes sense for different kinds of brains. We’ll talk about the stages of grief and how they may feel when you are neurodivergent. You’ll get to map out your own healing journey with a simple drawing exercise, share (if you want to), and learn calming tools to use when emotions get heavy.
