**Join our Westminster Wellness & Growth Group** — a monthly peer support circle for neurodivergent individuals, those with ADHD or traumatic brain injuries, stroke survivors, and their families.
We meet on **Zoom the first Thursday of each month** to share experiences, support one another, and practice simple therapy-based skills such as coping strategies, self-care, and mindfulness. Everyone is welcome to listen or share at their own comfort level.

> 💬 *There’s no formal content — this is a relaxed, supportive space to talk, listen, and connect. I’ll have a few light discussion prompts ready just in case things go quiet.*
