During this session, Dave will discuss how investors can locate and evaluate both residential and commercial opportunities, and how being well prepared can create value when forming deals and partnerships.

About Dave Kohl:

Dave Kohl is the founder and CEO of FIRST IN, a real estate research and marketing agency established in 1992. His work includes developing business plans, feasibility studies, improving offering memorandums, and creating custom strategies for brokers, investors, and developers across a wide range of commercial and residential projects.
Dave also draws from his earlier background in radio broadcasting to coach clients on public speaking and presentation skills, and has delivered workshops and presentations for real estate organizations and associations across the country.
