“Why come to the ‘Touch’ practice”
Of course, it is not about getting a massage)
It is about learning how to create different states and transmit them to a partner through touch.
To feel yourself and understand what you like.
To expand your techniques, then improvise with a partner and surprise them.
And in all of this, the main focus will not be technique, but contact and attunement with your partner.
This is a partner practice. It takes place fully clothed.
You can come with your partner or choose a partner during the practice.
In my experience, when touch is done with attention and kindness (this will be our main intention), it becomes very pleasant. And yes, it is also an ecological way to nourish yourself with tactility and attention.

What will happen during the session
Partner practice “Touch” in clothes
(for the comfort of participants we follow the rule: “yes” means yes, “no” means no)
You can come with a partner or alone — you can choose a partner during the session
The practices are done in clothes and do not contain any religious or sexual context

Who this session is for
For couples — it is an opportunity to enrich your techniques, add variety, and try to understand each other better on a tactile level.
You can also come alone and choose a partner during the practice. When touch is offered with kindness and attention, every person opens up in a special way, and this contact becomes nourishing.
The session will be held in Russian with English translation.

«Зачем приходить на практику “прикосновения”
Конечно, это не для того, чтобы получить массаж)
Это про то, чтобы научиться создавать разные состояния и передавать их через прикосновение партнеру.
Чтобы почувствовать себя, понять что нравится.
Чтобы разнообразить свои техники, затем импровизировать с партнером и удивлять
И при всем этом, главной здесь будет не техника, а контакт, сонастройка с партнером
Это парная практика. Она проходит в одежде.
Можно прийти со своим партнером, либо выбрать партнера на практике
По моему опыту, когда прикосновения делаются с вниманием и добротой (именно это будет основной настройкой), они очень приятны. И да, это еще экологичная возможность напитать себя тактильностью и вниманием»

Что будет на занятии
- Парная практика "Прикосновения" в одежде
(для комфорта участников действует правило: «да» — это да, «нет» — это нет)
Можно прийти с партнёром или одному, пару можно выбрать на занятии
Практики проводятся в одежде и не содержат религиозного или сексуального контекста
Кому подойдёт это занятие
Для пар — это возможность пополнить свои техники, добавить разнообразия и попробовать лучше понять друг друга на тактильном уровне
Можно прийти одному и выбрать партнера на практике. В добром, внимательном прикосновении любой человек раскрывается по-особенному и этот контакт становится наполняющим
Занятие проводится на русском языке с переводом на английский
