Self-Care Saturday: Meditation, Reiki, Sound Bath & Lunch (optional)

Ease into your weekend with Self-Care Saturdays – a space for breath, connection, and inner peace. Get your dose of calm and feel charged up for the week ahead. For this event, we'll meet at Hotel Nia for a group Eclipse Meditation, Reiki, & Sound Bath with Maryzelle Ungo, put on by THE DEN. After the meditation, you can choose to stay for lunch at the hotel and receive 15% off your meal.

10:45 AM –11:00 AM — Tea & Mingle
11:00 AM–12:00 PM — Guided Meditation and Sound Bath
