Let's get our steps in together!

Here's the plan: Every Saturday and Sunday, I will post a local walk/hike (that takes between 1-1.5 hours to complete) for us to take together. After the fresh air and exercise, those who want can grab coffee and/or a light breakfast at a near coffee shop.

NOTE: We'll start promptly 10 minutes after the listed start time.

About the walks/hikes: the trails will be moderate with the most difficult being Windy Hill (Dang! Going up gets me every time!). This means that you'll need to wear appropriate shoes, know your physical ability, and bring water.
