Free Class! How to get your Needs Met in Healthy Ways.

Details

Hi there - I just finished a new class and I’m super excited to share it with you! I'm presenting it at 2 different times this week. Then later in May, I'll present it again. So I hope you can join us for one of them.

Please register here. A recording of the presentation will be sent to all registrants after the event.

WHAT’S THE CLASS ABOUT?
********************************************************************************
This presentation is very different than one you may have seen before on this subject, because I’m showing the connection between our psycho-emotional ‘needs’ and the body neurochemicals that go along with them. In addition, you’ll get you a chance to practice with some real-life examples you may not have considered before as we answer the following questions:

  • What exactly are human ‘needs' ?
  • What are the primary emotional neurochemicals that represent these needs in the body?
  • How do these 2 seemingly different things actually go hand in hand?
  • And how does the quality and the number of ways that we get our needs met, really make a difference - in our relationships, with our health and in how we experience life in general ?

********************************************************************************
WHY DOES IT MATTER that we understand our NEEDS ?

Human needs are important to understand for a couple of reasons:

1. Because needs are something we all share and are trying to get met, even if some of us are going about it in unskilled or low-quality ways. So it’s a common bond between us. And once you understand how your needs influence your own behavior, it can kind of change the way you look at other people’s behavior too. This new way of viewing others, is a step towards improving your relationships, as well as your overall Whole-Brain Intelligence (WBQ).

2. What we call our psycho-emotional needs actually have a physical or physiological component to them. And understanding this connection between the mind and the body can not only be inspiring, but it can give you the objectivity that’s needed to really make lasting change happen. We all have a harder time changing things that we personalize and heavily identify with. And that includes our brains and bodies. If we can be a bit more objective about how they operate, it becomes a lot easier to make the changes we want, and stick with the work even through the more difficult stages.

But this is not required.

If you didn’t catch last Fall’s WHOLE-BRAIN RELATIONSHIPS series on Meetup, and would like to watch it now, you can access it here.
This is the foundational course that is referenced frequently other courses and relays a lot of practical understanding of how you brain and body work.

As will all Human Infusion Project courses, 100% of the profit and all donations go directly to the Wellness Assistance Grant.
