Join me for a peaceful morning on the beautiful beach of Zandvoort.

We'll slow down, breathe deeply, and begin the day with a 30-minute guided meditation surrounded by the sound of the waves and the fresh sea air.

This is a space to pause, relax, and reconnect with yourself before the busyness of the day begins. Whether you're completely new to meditation or have been practicing for years, you're welcome.

After the meditation, you're invited to stay for a relaxed chat and connect with like-minded people over a coffee or tea at Strandpaviljoen Thalassa (optional).

What to expect

Please bring

  • A towel, yoga mat, or blanket
  • Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather
  • A bottle of water

Meeting point

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts so we can begin together on time. Take a deep breath, leave the rush behind, and give yourself the gift of a slow morning by the sea.
