What we’re about
This is a group for all to attend for 50+, for singles, couples, empty-nesters....etc.
Anything from walking the city (Boston, Esplanade, Cambridge), to dinners, brunches, theatre, musicals, comedy shows, movies, concerts, story/poetry slams, grabbing coffee...anything off the beaten path, museums, 2nd hand bookstores (there are a few left!).....When the seasons change, we'll have those activities as well!
I'm pretty good at finding just about anything to do to get everyone out the door...as winter sets in and the days get shorter and connecting becomes more challenging!
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
**This group is happy to welcome singles and couples and I would like to ensure everyone have a good experience, and so, events need to be focused on meeting other singles and doing activities as a group.
With that said, please understand this group is not for pick-up seduction techniques or wingman tactics. Please read: Meetup Guidelines to help members and organizers succeed on Meetup.
**An individual picture with a recent, clear and recognizable face shot is required for membership. Please do not use group shots, pet pictures or flower photos as you won't be approved into the group!
This group will never charge you for a meet-up. Any activity costs will be those associated with the actual event and paid "at the door" in advance to the venue.
