Weekly Women's Mental Health Support Group - Virtual

Weekly virtual support group for women grounded in Christian faith facilitated by a mother and daughter. Wednesdays at 5pm EST. Free of cost to all. Register here.

This mother and daughter duo want to share with all women that there is hope even in the midst of mental health challenges – they have lived it.

Each meeting is one hour and will include open dialogue, sharing/reflection, education, Q&A and prayer. Topics could include stress management, anxiety, depression, and the role of Christian faith in mental well-being.
