Birding at Christopher Columbus Park

Let's go back to Christopher Columbus Park which has wide open areas, water and good sight lines. With a large lake, plenty of native flora, as well as desert habitat, we should be able to spot a good number of birds!
We'll meet at the parking area that is across from the dog shelter so
when you pull in off of Silverbell veer to the right.
It'll be interesting to see what variety of water birds are in residence. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!

IMPORTANT: I will be collecting $10 per person to cover the cost of having this Meetup Group. It's sad but true, the quarterly fees are exorbitant and your $10 donation will cover you for the year. Once we get the core group through the payment cycle I will purge those accounts that never attend any events. With 800+ on the list there will be a lot of people who will be dismissed.
