Birding at Danny Lopez Park on the west side of Tucson

Let's go back to Danny Lopez Park, formerly Christopher Columbus Park, which has wide open areas, water and good sight lines. With a large lake, plenty of native flora, as well as desert habitat, we should be able to spot a good number of birds!

We'll meet at the parking area that is across from the dog shelter so
when you pull in off of Silverbell veer to the right.

It'll be interesting to see what variety of water birds are in residence. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
