Run at your own pace or choose a pacer and run as far as you can! My personal minimum is 2 miles but I'll be running further each week to train for a Spartan and a half-ironman so feel free to partner with me on that! Push yourself but know your limits to avoid strain and injury please ๐ I hope to see you there! Feel free to chat with me while running!
