Holladay area-
10 miles LONG SLOW day run 13ish min pace

I am returning after five years and five surgeries of a shattered leg/knee, ACL reconstruction, and meniscus removals. I am running a half-marathon on January 17 and would love some new running partners.
I’m doing a traditional training of one day a week hill repeats, one day a week tempo 10-12 min mile pace) and one long, slow day, 13ish average pace. Warm up-
15 min walk, a couple of 3 min runs and 1 min walks till warm and onto a slow steady pace, completing a 10 mile day.
