Run at your own pace or choose a pacer and run as far as you can! My personal minimum is 2 miles. Push yourself but know your limits to avoid strain and injury please ๐Ÿ™ We'll do a quick warm-up before we start. If you finish with me, I'll guide us through a cool-down, but if not, please remember to do some cool-down stretches on your own. Feel free to chat with me while running!

-These runs are for anyone but are great for those wanting to participate in the military-style fitness tests that I will be putting together throughout the year.
