This Meetup group is all about Total Wellness and that includes your body, mind and spirit. Want to Reduce inches of fat? Want to Relax by managing your reaction to stress? Want to Rejuvenate your spirit and have more energy? You are in the right place!
This group is also for anyone who feels they are already healthy but are looking for some accountability and like-minded support.
Wellness means different things to everyone. It might mean decreasing weight or increasing muscle mass, it might mean getting help managing chronic conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, autoimmune disease or it might mean getting help finding the right fitness program.
Whatever your personal goals are, as a Certified Health Coach, I am committed to helping you accomplish them. Join me for 21 days and you will experience improved metabolic health and a positive mindset! 
My next 21-day Challenge starts 11/11/19, just in time to avoid that 10-pound weight gain most people experience between Halloween and the New Year.  The program is conducted in a private Facebook group where I do my coaching.  Check "upcoming events" for current and future 12-Day Challenges.
