This is a HIIT style workout that will burn calories and increase your metabolism. Please wear workout attire and sneakers. Bring water! The class takes place at Bala Yoga, in Studio B. Please enter through the outside door, in between Pursuit and the Physical Therapy place. It will run for 30-45 min depending on the exercises! I am a certified personal trainer, health coach, and bootcamp instructor! I will teach you proper form and encourage you to work hard!
