About Me
Hi! I’m currently pregnant too — and I created this class to share what’s helping me in my own journey.
I'm a certified yoga teacher with:
🧘♀️ 300hr Hatha & Vinyasa YTT
🤰 100hr Prenatal & Postnatal YTT
🔥 Experience teaching Power Vinyasa, Flow & Yoga Nidra
Now, I’m focusing fully on prenatal yoga — to move, breathe, and prepare together with other moms-to-be.
What to Expect
