**Join our LGBTQ+ yogi community for mindful morning.**

We'll start with 45 minutes of yoga led by Amore–followed by a 15 minute soothing sound bath led by David. We'll end with a 15 minute ecstatic dance meditation experience led by Nathan.

Afterwards we'll have some time for reflection, connection, and some delicious mocktails.
