Miglė Arūnienė is a software development specialist from Lithuania. She has been working in the IT industry for the last 7 years.

In her professional career she has worked with companies ranging from small local businesses to international corporations. Regardless of the size of the team or the type of the project she's worked with, there were certain behaviour patterns creating stress and chaos in a working process.

She is currently developing a tool focused on helping teams with their main challenges. Let’s change the game!
