The Forge: A Monthly Gathering for Men
Details
A monthly gathering for men seeking greater purpose, presence, and wellbeing.
### What to expect
Each gathering includes:
20-Minute Sensorium Immersion
We begin inside Sensorium's immersive dome with a guided sensory experience combining spatial sound, gentle vibration, and a calming environment designed to help settle the nervous system and bring you into the present moment.
Facilitated Men's Circle
Following the immersion, we gather for a guided discussion around topics relevant to modern men, such as stress, purpose, relationships, fatherhood, leadership, resilience, health, and personal growth. Participation is always optional. Some men choose to share openly, while others simply listen and reflect.
Closing Reflection
We conclude with a brief reflection and practical takeaway that you can carry into your week.
