Urban Trails - Tacos & Trails, 10 May 2025, 0900

Join Urban Trails hike. As we explore a local trail, we will engage in socialization and meditation practices to cultivate a sense of peace and connection with others and experiencing the therapeutic effects of being outdoors. Come nourish your mind, body, and spirit with Urban Trails as we promote wellness.

About the Trail
The Arizona Hot Springs are located along the Colorado River just near the Hoover Dam. Tucked away inside a colorful slot canyon, these hot springs offer a beautiful environment to enjoy a nice long soak. This is a 2.2-mile hike from parking. We will provide food. I just need a head count for expenses.

If you need a ride, carpooling met is at 200 Main Street between 0800-0815. We will be hiking by 0900. If you are late, the hike is about 1 hour, we’ll be there until 1pm. Cellular data is limited.

Directions: From the Lake Mead Visitor Center, follow US Hwy 93 east 8.4 miles, 4.2 miles past Hoover Dam. Watch for the sign to the trailhead. Parking is to the left. We can hardly wait to see you there!
