Eagle’s Nest Loop Trail

Details
Let’s escape the city and enjoy some nature at Eagle’s Nest Loop Trail!
This hike is a beautiful scenic trail located in Mt Charleston. My favorite part is catching the cool breeze as you hike this trail. Here are some details.
Easy, 2.7 miles with cooler temperatures
Eagles Nest is a moderately trafficked 2.7-mile (round trip) loop trail in the Kyle Canyon area of the SMNRA. Eagles Nest trail starts at the Fletcher Canyon trailhead, where parking and restrooms are available. The trail is not stroller/wheelchair friendly

Safety Tips
Bring minimum 2 liters of water. You can bring something to boost your energy levels. Examples are an orange, electrolytes, jerky and etc. No lose shoes. It is a hiking trail so there is gravel and uneven terrain.
Optional
If everyone is up for it after the hike we can stop by the lodge. Which is 5 mins from the hiking site. Sometimes they have a small arts and craft venue. We can also grab a bite to eat at their cafe.
If anyone wants to meet up and car pool let me know. I can offer a few folks a ride.
Hope to see you soon !
