Join our Healing through Writing meetup where we focus on exploring personal stories and emotions through writing. We’ll be running writing exercises to stretch your imagination and help you on your healing journey. If you want to have fun and heal through creativity and self-reflection, this group is a place to express yourself.
Please keep a book/journal and a pen ready. Each session will include 3 writing exercises to help you reflect on the topic of the week and what surfaces for you through that reflection - past pain, unresolved hurt, sadness and feelings you have been holding. You will have the option to share these and how it made you feel at the end of each session, because it is only through writing that you honour your feelings and aknowledge how it has impacted you and your life. This is where the healing begins.
At the end of the workshop, for those interested, I will be sending out daily exercies on self-reflection to help you on your journey to acknowlege and heal your inner child.
