So far, the Harvest Church Ministries in Bacoor, Cavite is the only church that openly offers musical practice which I have found on Luzon Island.

Currently, they have a music leader who acts as a main singer sometimes, and who focuses mainly on training two other singers as well as two backup singers. There is a drummer, RJ, who is the only person who can read sheet music. There is a lead guitarist who is working toward gathering the resources required to pursue a formal education in music. There is an extremely blessed youth bass guitarist, and there is another guitarist, Kirby, who dedicates much of his time at the church helping to teach aspiring guitarists through youth fellowship.

I have been attending practice weekly, and helping the aspiring guitarists by offering them solidified tablature and notes so that they can have something to hold onto for their practice - however, I don't have the ability at the moment to transcribe by ear from the basis of what resources they have available.

They are missing sheet music, tablature, and songbooks, which make it difficult for anyone new to practice alongside them. The music leader dedicates most of her time in training aspiring vocalists, and the guitarists and drummer are left to learn how to play on their own. She sometimes coordinates group-effort practices, but I feel that even at the current capacity, she is being spread too thin to teach all of the people who want to learn to become better at participating in the musical experience.

There is room for at least 2 more electric guitarists, and the piano is broken. Eventually, I want to obtain the funds to replace the piano and have the skills to confidently join alongside the music team as a pianist within the services. However, a working piano (keyboard) would make room for a better pianist to take that position within the team.
Aside from that, the acoustic guitars are almost always being used by the aspiring youth. If you have an instrument, I would highly suggest bringing it so that you can practice within the space.

I am calling attention to this space because it is extremely lacking in direction. Most of the musicians are left to fend for themselves, making the music practice very unorganized and inefficient, in my opinion.
I'm posting this in search of leaders capable of coordinating with the music leader to train more vocalists than the ones she is currently focusing on, and I am also posting this in search of people who want are capable of teaching the many aspiring guitarists. But most importantly, this church is in need of someone who can bring structure to the music practice experience - structure in the form of transcribing the music so that people can practice on their own and together, and structure in the form of creating practices that multiple people can participate in simultaneously - so that this church's music team can operate at optimum efficiency.

Whether you want to play an instrument, bring your own, offer your leadership as a musical teacher to those who want to learn and are in need of one, or whether you just want to come by and see music in the making, the best way to become part of the experience is to first attend the service between 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Sundays, then come by for practice between 3:00-4:30 p.m.

It's very important that you ask the music leader for permission to use any of the instruments. I have trouble speaking Tagalog, which makes communication with her hard. However, a native Filipino speaker may find much more cooperative capabilities with her.

Hoping to see you at practice!
