Steps Forward: Weekly Online Support

This weekly online session is a safe and supportive space where you can explore your goals, share challenges, and feel encouraged as you work towards personal growth.
In each session, you will:
✨ Share what you are working towards and set small, achievable weekly goals.
✨ Receive encouragement, understanding, and accountability from others in the group.
✨ Access resources, workbooks, and psychoeducational materials that may support your progress.
✨ Be signposted to relevant organisations and services if helpful to your situation.
✨ Feel truly heard and supported in a non-judgemental, empathetic environment.
The group is facilitated by somebody with both professional and personal experience of mental health. I hold a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work, and I have worked with people with disabilities and mental health needs for over 10 years. I use approaches such as coaching and motivational interviewing to empower people to make the changes they wish to see in their lives.
💷 Contribution: £3 per session (payable per session).
🧑🤝🧑 Private Sessions: 1:1 sessions are also available (£25 per hour) for more in-depth work on areas such as self-esteem, core beliefs, and confidence-building. Please message me if you would like to arrange a 1:1 session.
📍 Location: Online (link provided upon RSVP).

If you are struggling with significant mental health difficulties, please seek support from your GP or therapist. Join only if you feel it is safe for you to do so. If you are unsure, please contact me to discuss before joining. Meetings will be transcribed using AI for training and monitoring purposes.
