Welcome to Mindful Warriors! 👋

This meetup is for individuals who are passionate about mindfulness and fitness while meeting new people. Join our English-speaking sports community for various outdoor group training sessions, yin yoga, retreats in the Bavarian mountains, and guided meditations to meet like-minded people and develop your inner strength - both physically and mentally. 💪

Our courses in Olympiapark:
Boxing every Monday 18:30–20:00 and Wednesday 18:00–19:30
Mindful Yin every Monday 19:00–20:00 and Wednesday 19:30–20:30 Outdoor Yin Yoga
Athletic Warrior every Tuesday 19:00–20:00 Strength and performance training
Get Fit with HIIT every Tuesday 18:00–18:50 Fast, efficient full-body HIIT workout
Warrior Circuit every Thursday 18:00–19:00 Full-body circuit training to boost strength, endurance & mobility
Fitness Boxing every Thursday 19:00–20:00
Move & Connect every Friday 18:30–20:30 Outdoor functional training, followed by time to gather and chat together
Monthly Community Events: Hiking, running, swimming, and more. Stay tuned for our upcoming events!

We're partnering with Wellpass, Urban Sports Club and ClassPass so you can use your membership to check-in to our classes.
