Rest, recover and find your inner peace in this outdoor yin yoga session. Yin Yoga is a calm and meditative yoga practice that aims to stretch and strengthen deep connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. The poses are held for a long time, often between three and five minutes, leading to deep relaxation and improved energy flow in the body. This practice promotes flexibility, stress reduction, and a sense of inner peace by addressing both body and mind.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and bring your own yoga mat if you have one.

Weather Policy:
The Yin Yoga session takes place outdoors only if the weather allows it. In case of rain, we'll have to cancel the class or move it to another day.
First class is free for all new participants.
After that drop-in price is 15 € (or 12 € for students with valid ID).
You may also join via Urban Sports Club, ClassPass, Wellpass, or Wellhub.
Payment methods: cash, PayPal, or bank transfer.
