Yanney Park Walk in Kearney, NE

Join 50 walkers from around the country and Canada as we walk this mostly paved trail that shows off Yanney Heritage Park with all of it's beautiful attractions. 5 K wanders through the park to stroll through the gorgeous garden labyrinth, take the elevator up the Gottschalk Observation Tower, check out the statuary, and the lake. The other 5 k route is an out and back along Betty's Trail following the north channel of the Platte River, a Water Trail.
Start any time between 9 and 11 a.m., Finish by 1 p.m.
Walkers have a $4 fee. Children under 12 are free and will receive a free patch.
We are hosting a tour bus of walkers September 16-20. Walk with us on any or all of the four walks they will be walking.
