# πŸ•οΈ Buffalo Creek Fall Camping β€” Small Group

Join us for a cozy two-night fall camping trip at Buffalo Creek! This will be a small-group getaway with 10–20 people max, focused on good conversation, campfires, exploring, and enjoying the outdoors together. In an effort to keep the gender ratio the same, after the first 5 people sign up will be adding one girl then one guy at a time from the waitlist.

## ⚠️ IMPORTANT: THIS IS COLD-WEATHER CAMPING

This is not warm-weather camping. Fall temperatures in the mountains can drop significantly after sunset and overnight, and conditions can change quickly.
You must come prepared for cold temperatures and have the proper clothing, sleeping gear, and camping equipment to stay warm overnight. If you are not properly equipped for cold-weather camping, this may not be the right trip for you.
Please plan for colder conditions than you may expect and bring plenty of warm layers.

## πŸš— Meeting & Carpooling

Everyone will meet us directly at Buffalo Creek Campground.
Because parking space at the campground is limited, we strongly encourage everyone to carpool whenever possible. We would like to keep the number of vehicles at the campsite to a minimum.
Carpooling will be organized through the WhatsApp group leading up to the trip. We’ll coordinate drivers and passengers there so everyone can arrange transportation.
If you absolutely need to drive yourself, please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure there is enough parking available. Please do not assume there will be space for an additional vehicle.

## β›Ί What to Expect

We’ll arrive at Buffalo Creek and get camp set up before settling in for a relaxed weekend outdoors.
Expect:

  • 🌲 Beautiful fall scenery and mountain views
  • πŸ”₯ Campfires and hanging out around the fire
  • πŸ‚ Relaxed outdoor time and exploring
  • 🍳 Time to cook and enjoy your own meals at camp
  • 🌌 Stargazing and cozy nights around the fire
  • πŸ—£οΈ Plenty of time to hang out, meet people, and disconnect from everyday life

Everyone is responsible for bringing, preparing, and cooking their own food for the trip. There will not be organized or shared meals, so please plan accordingly.
This is intentionally a small-group trip, so the goal is to create a more relaxed and connected camping experience.

## 🧀 What to Bring
