About the speaker:
Gary joined Ant Group in April 2016 and is currently Senior Director of Global Strategic Partnership and Investment at Ant Group, responsible for Ant International’s M&A, joint venture and strategic investment activities. During his tenure with Ant Group, he had also held other senior positions including Head of Global Online business for Ant International, and was in charge of Alipay domestic payment and local services investments in China.

Prior to joining Ant Group, Gary had over 10 years of experience in the financial services sector, including 9 years of direct investment experience with CVC Capital Partners, one of the top 5 private equity investment firms globally. Gary started his career as an investment banker with Citigroup in Hong Kong.
