SelectUSA is the U.S. government program led by the U.S. Department of Commerce that focuses onfacilitating job-creating, foreign direct investments (FDI) in the United States. Since its inception, SelectUSA has facilitated more than $200 billion in investment, creating and/or retaining over 200,000 U.S. jobs.

As part of the SelectUSA program, SelectUSA Tech serves eligible international tech startups developing innovative technology products/services and planning to expand to the U.S. market within the next 2-3 years. We provide services to support their U.S. expansion efforts and create space for them to make connections to the U.S. startup ecosystem.

The U.S. Department of Commerce’s SelectUSA Tech cordially invites you to apply for a startup
pitching competition held in Hong Kong on Thursday, March 7th, 2024, 15:00 – 17:30.

Ten finalists will be selected to pitch in front of a live panel of judges. One winner will take home the
following in prizes:
- Up to US$25,000 AWS promotional credits1
- Two-night accommodation at the site of the SelectUSA Investment Summit
- Free ticket to the SelectUSA Investment Summit (June 23-26, 2024)
- One-hour consultation with Mishcon de Reya on immigrations law in the U.S.
