What we’re about

Meet, walk and talk - Improve the quality of your life

We meet for walks in nature to improve our mental, physical and emotional health.

Research has shown that walking outdoors in the presence of nature has positive effects on our physical and mental wellbeing. Most people find it easier to say what is on their minds while walking. It also improves sleep, increases focus, burns calories, and boosts serotonin.

More details:
We walk usually in the cantons of Baselland, Aargau and Solothurn.
Maximum 20 participants
For each event, we will introduce two topics for our talks and the majority of the group will choose one for the discussion (the participants can also propose their own topic).
The starting point and ending point might not be the same.
We recommend using public transport to get to the meeting point. Download the SBB Mobile app for timetables, information, and buying tickets.
Bring water.
Be on time.

What to Wear
Dress comfortably. Wear supportive footwear for the terrain we will be walking and dress in clothing appropriate for the weather or in layers.

Please note that participating in these events, you are responsible for your own safety. Additionally, you should be able to walk up to three hours on various terrains. Your organizers are not trained to help people with disabilities, nor to look after children.

Please take the time to read the event description carefully. If your plans change, please change your RSVP. You can do that any time up to the start of the walk.
