[十大食神/No Walk, No Eat] Don Mills x Street Grill Experience

街头小吃是东亚美食中最具代表性的风味之一。本期十大食神将目光投向多伦多的一家人气街头美食店，带大家一探来自中国东北的烧烤魅力。

东北烧烤以其浓郁的香气和丰富的口味闻名。Street Grill 专营中式炭火串烧，提供种类繁多的肉类、海鲜和蔬菜。招牌串包括羊肉、牛肉、鸡软骨和五花肉，每一串都经过精心调味，炭火慢烤，香气四溢。喜欢清淡口味的食客也可选择豆腐或皮蛋等素食串。

除了串烧，店内还供应多款配菜，如香辣花蛤、爽口凉面和酸甜可口的咕咾肉。凉面清爽解腻，搭配烧烤恰到好处，而咕咾肉外酥里嫩，酸甜适中，深受欢迎。

Street food is one of the most iconic and flavorful aspects of East Asian cuisine. In this edition, the 十大食神 (Top 10 Food Gods) have chosen to explore one of Toronto’s top street food spots, showcasing the bold and savory tastes of Northeastern China.

Northeastern Chinese street grills are celebrated for their rich flavors and mouthwatering aromas. Street Grill brings this culinary tradition to life with its Chinese-style barbecue skewers, offering a wide selection of meats, seafood, and vegetables. Favorites include lamb, beef, chicken cartilage, and pork belly—each skewer seasoned with fragrant spices and grilled to perfection. For those with a lighter palate, there are also options like tofu and preserved egg.

Beyond skewers, the menu features a variety of complementary dishes such as spicy clams, cold noodles, and crispy sweet and sour pork. The cold noodles offer a cool, refreshing balance to the grilled items, while the sweet and sour pork stands out with its crunch and tangy-sweet flavor.

To reach the restaurant, we’ll take a scenic 30-minute walk from Don Mills Mall—an appetizing journey to a flavorful destination.
